Liposuction removes regional fat deposits that do not reduce in proportion to overall weight loss. It shapes; it does not make you lighter in any meaningful sense, and it does not tighten loose skin. A good candidate is near a stable weight with a deposit that is out of proportion to the rest of the body.
Each region is quoted separately — thigh with hip and outer line, abdomen with flanks, arms, and the face. The additional cost by BMI and the compression garment are listed before the operation is booked, so the figure you agree to is the figure you pay.
Fat removed from one area can restore volume in another — the face, the hands, the hips. Where the concern is shape rather than size, moving fat is sometimes the more honest plan than removing more of it, and the same surgical team does both.

Liposuction is offered by region: thigh with hip and outer line, upper and lower abdomen with flanks, upper and lower arm, and the face — double chin, jawline and cheek. A soft contouring option combines facial liposuction with a tightening laser pass in the same session.
Additional cost by BMI is stated up front rather than added afterwards, and a compression garment is quoted as a line item. Revision is graded by whether there is a visible irregularity, a localised complication, or a case needing further treatment alongside.
Fat removed is not the measure of a good result — the contour left behind is. Volume targets are set against the shape being aimed at rather than against a number.
